is it that bad? I dont mind doing dirty work. I just need support. Why not challange myself

Here is the thing, when that dirty work ends up back firing guess who is going to point fingers? The SAME people who asked you to do the dirty work. Always assume that if someone is asking you to do something for them that they are setting you up to catch the blame. Then when your down, they will be there to eat off your hardwork while not be attached to anything that failed. They are setting you up breh.

No brotherhood today. I would also like to mention the UPS union. They get it and really improve the lives of their workers. Nowadays, though, people just run to FMLA and other things that they can abuse because the system allows them to.

Not all but I would definitely agree with most. I used to work for Ford and I hated how, basically short of child porn, you got to keep your job. The gift and the curse of a lot of this is that there is a lot of nepotism involved as well. I was a beneficiary of that as my mom and stepfather did and still does work for Ford, both with nearly 30 years of tenure. You are going to allow your kids, kids of friends, friends, etc... to get away with some fukkery. I have no issue saying that people should have been randomly tested for drugs because of the shyt I've seen on the plant floor at times. nikkas coming out of the bathroom looking like Tony Montana by the nose, gone off that yayo. We all knew it but there wasn't shyt we could or more aptly, would do about it.

yeah your right...

Some really do abuse the system...

That's really where my issues are with the union as well...

Fam, you aint never lied about FMLA..

nikkas have their own work schedules...

you might not see nikkas for 3 weeks:skip:

couldn't have been better said.

remember breh ppl are leaches, especially when it comes to work:ufdup:

they'll be down for the cause when they see progression but as soon as shyt goes south them mofos will act they had no part in that shyt :sas2:

Don't be that guy homie

I don't think you guys understand (Disregard, people who did more than just discourage), I'm planning to move to Europe soon. Other departments of the company are union (the pilots and flight attendants), Southwest is completely union and their GSA's start at $15 an hour, we start at $11 and top out at $18, and we handle multimillion dollar equipment and lives, while the company profits $100's of millions.
