I've been reading about Tina Turner, why does it seem like so many ppl are having kidney issues?

We eat trash daily. Even our skinny people don't exercise or eat veggies. Extra sodium put in everything.
It's pretty much inevitable. I envision a world 30 years from now where most Americans are prediabetic
