Not too bad of a show. I found some of those dudes to be too confrontational though. Like they're complaining about some of these women being angry while having chip on their own shoulders.

Rick Ross's ex Lira Galore is also on the show. I think it's good for coli folks, black folks in general to watch.
And unlike black on black crime and discrimination, shyt that is constantly pushed on us by white supremacy and where we are reliant on waiting for help from others, we can learn to skills and techniques for us to help ourselves and learn how to navigate stressful, traumatic situations. Instead of trying to control others, we can learn to control ourselves in a healthy way.
Everything can't be peaches and roses. Sometimes we need to get real and address the issues so we can heal. Black people are always so caught up in what other people are gonna think or say about us that we sweep everything "negative" under the rug. Nothing gets fixed that way.Yay!
