IYO, Is Diamond D's album on par with Low End Theory?

LET is my personal favorite Hip Hop album of all-time. It really is a perfect album!

SBHH is also one of my favorites, but it's not on the level of LET. It's funny, but the first time I ever heard Diamond D, was on LET on "Show Business".

^^^you aren't alone in that. Ultimate Force had one record in rotation prior.

I truly feel Stunts, Blunts & Hip Hop is better than Midnight Marauders. As is Peoples Instinctive....

The Tribe albums go in order for me....first to last...

It's albums like this that will always get looked over because of the popular releases from people like Tribe, and other groups you mentioned.

I think it's an amazing album, well ahead of its time. I enjoyed Diamond's style over a lot of stuff that was out at the time.
