Hell no it's not his best work. If we're talking strictly albums, then yes it is. If we are including mixtapes, no.
It is top 3 of the year though.

He needs to kick the promo into high gear cause he's slackin right now. Crooked Smile video should've dropped a long time ago.
FNL is still his best body of work. The Warm Up is also better than Born Sinner. Those two projects are extremely difficult to top though.
