Might be different from the last time they went head to head in 2013. Back then Ye did 327k first week and Cole did 297k. Since then though, the reception to Yeezus has been very split while Cole dropped arguably one of the top 5 albums on 2014 (and certainly top 2 rap albums of 2014) in 2014FHD. Could this play a part in the sales?
