Envy - people compare you to Jay Z a lot.

Charlamagne - when when where?

Cole - I don't like that tone man

:umad:

Then Cole mumbles... i've heard it, i've heard it.

from the other thread about this
that was a pretty boring interview ...

good anecdotes about nas .. but overall boring. good freestyle. This interview shouldn't have been 28 mins should have been 10-15.

for a guy they talk about every day for the last year and half i expected more.

Breakfast Club is not good at interviewing rappers regarding music.
This dude Sway just interviewed him on Rap Fix and the convo they had gave like 100 times more than the breakfast club and he kept it strictly music.

rosenberg more a music head than TBC .. to be honest. and charlemagne is more of a music head than envy .. envy knows about old school shyt .. nowadays even tho he a dj he dont pay attention.

once dude wouldn't give them nothing as far as outside music it was pretty :leostare::leostare:

Yea I understand that, but that's also why the breakfast club interview was mediocre. Cause cole is all music, there is nothing else about him except the shyt he says in his music that is interesting or funny.

So if it's someone who isn't very interested in music like the breakfast club, then the interview will be boring. But the one on rapfix was dope, urged me to listen to the album again from a slightly different perspective.

Nah, that's just what he chooses to GIVE you. He even said that in the interview. The thing is, other rappers essentially have a persona (which is probably fake) so people assume they are more interesting to talk to.
