i rank him #1 on my wack list and i got him in the dictionary next to the definition of 'sell out'

just because it's 10+ years since his name appeared on the charts doesnt change the fact that he makes pop music for high school girls and is the worst pac imitator around

jarule's catalog is better than some of the rappers that get championed as all-timers on here.

hes definitely in the top 60-65 bracket.

He had a nice 4-5 year run of solid albums and some classic songs. In terms of rankings, he's below DMX and 50 in that regard. So he ranks in the 25-30 range.

Ja Rule is better than most other ignant rappers getting pushed these days...Like anything Wayne has produced in the last few years is better than Ja's best singles :rudy:
