real talk, I think that's one of the few times we've seen pure vitriol in Chappelle (also when he ethered the Ying Yang Twins). The way he delivered that joke, it's like he could truly give a fukk about Ja Rule and probably thought he was the shyttiest rapper out. And he had 50 on the show too.

You over thinking it, the fact alone he said he didn't want to dance shows he wasn't hating him, Ja was huge at that time, if he did the joke today he'd use Ye or Jay or whoever is popular today
