Does the fact that jabari is from Chicago factor into the bucks decision? Idea being he won't leave the team and move away from his family - he'll actually be happy there unlike most stars. Thoughts?

you could easily say nobody would be happy in okc either... a young team that doesnt know any better... and some well picked veterans who just want to win could make a great atmosphere...
