@Darealtwo1 already pointed at that he was 255 at the Cavs workout, also just look at him, Giannis is 220lbs....

No way in hell he was under 240lbs...

Peep my response to him about the workout. Giannis is also a inch and a half taller or so than Jabari and is still growing so naturally he's gonna carry his weight differently

man that's sad. whats with all these ACL's...speed of the game, shoes, what?

dairy and a protein heavy diet...

the human body was not designed to take in the amount of protein served/contained in the so called "American diet"

a protein heavy diet depletes the body of calcium

shortage of calcium leads to weaker bones

weak bones leads to added pressure to ligaments (ie...ACL- anterior cruciante ligament)

Unfortunately athletes have bought into the myth of eating heavy amounts of dairy and protein to get big
to the detriment of bone health....plus the kind of dairy and protein on the market these days is very toxic with all kinds of added growth hormones and other madness...

add to that the rigors and pressures of high stakes professional sports, where athletes are expected to produce highlight reel/video game quality moves every play which then gives you the recipe for injury after injury...

if yall get a chance research the numbers...

most of theses injuries suffered by these guys( d rose,kobe,shumpert,paul george,jabari ect)
are to bones or ligaments that hold bones

even though I am not a professional athlete
I personally have given up on dairy and meats..(except fish)..
