YOOOOO OFF RIP HE'S RAPPING WITH PURPOSE

Common Ground. Brehs. I take back every bad thing I said about dude. This song alone shows his talent and proved everything I said about him wrong

The modern era Gen Z/late millennial cac needs to listen to this. The white guilt super militants, the conservatives, the drug dealing cacs, the "PAWGS", the elitist hip hop fans who grew up listening to Nirvana, the pretentious Pitchfork types of music critics, all of them

Jack isn't the best rapper out. But man this first track alone proves that he's here to stay. Whether if he has a legacy that lasts forever or is in a Evidence/Asher Roth lane for his career, he is meant to make music

The rest of the album is dope too. But that intro track. Man..... This is already one of the best songs of the year. Why didn't this man get personal and insightful the last album?

This was my frustration with the last album. It built a false narrative towards the type of artist he is.

This new album sounds similar to the music he was putting out before he signed with DJ Drama. Him rapping like this ain't new.

So after one listen, yea, this definitely blows CHTKMY out the water. Love love the production on this and he was rapping his ass off. I remember hearing a Brandy bar in there too. He's got that Drake/Hov gene in him where he subtly addresses things in his music with like half a bar in passing fashion.

I'll give it one more listen later but I think Jack is here to stay.

Production is straight. Have no problem with the vulnerable lyrics. I just don't get who is his target audience. Only person I can think of who is similar is Cordae. The 30 + something crowd J. Cole

i'll give it a shot? a dope song is a dope song, i dont care who makes it. so if he has 1-2 tracks worth adding to the playlist, i'm witit :manny:
There’s only one song I’ve heard from him and it was on a Statik Selektah album. I just can’t listen to him like that. He was sounding like a Mac Miller impersonator on this. I like uncut gritty wordplay, guys like Conway or something.
