Is the word "Relevant" really killing Hip Hop?
I mean who makes an artist relevant? Isn't it mainstream radio and the mainstream audience? Both parties don't care about real good hip hop music right?

So how do those that don't care about hip hop dictate to even real hip hop fans who's relevant or not?

ppl expected them to fail with the albums sales but ppl went crazy when their albums leaked.

Papoose will become relevant if he can release a great album, something that can blow everyone's mind.
and a lot of indie artists proved that it was possible to sell and become relevant without the help of a major label
