usually, husband and wife refer to each by more intimate monikers. like a nickname or something. congrats boo, bae, love, etc
Even if they are more formal i would expect something like "congrats to my husband."

That said, usually nobody would make a big deal of this, but the way they are, its gonna get attention

She could’ve even just called him Will.

I wouldn’t even feel right calling him “Will Smith” like,

“hey, what’s good Will Smith?!”

and I’ve never even met him.
