Salute to my nikkas knockin out them dips tho, always been my fav exercise, be careful with the form tho or your rotator cuffs may git on some bullshyt. Pushups and dips will have u lookin like the hulk son, I never liked the pullup bar and never will, ish is more back than anything else.
