Well, the cop is right in saying the SC ruled that DUI stops, although illegal according to the constitution, are more beneficial to society than an individual's constitutional rights. This, of course, depends on the state because there are certain states that do not conduct these stops for the reasons stated above.

That was beautiful... But dont try that just anywhere with any department.. ..they could just as easily blast you then throw some crack in the car...your cellphone video wont mean shyt at the bottom of a river

It's like someone above said, when you come across these pig fakkits just show them the paperwork and get the fukk away from them. MINIMIZE ALL CONTACT/INTERACTIONS with them at ALL costs.
Sitting there battling with cac police on the side of some dark street is almost a death sentence these days and unfortunately this video is about to have a lot of young inexperienced bruhs doing just that the next time they get pulled over.
