I'm not against Tomlin leaving, I just don't think it happens before his contract is up. 20 years is a long time and it's been 17 years since we won a SB and 15 since we've even been in one. When I look at coaches that were somewhere a long time I can't think of one besides Beli that won another SB with the same team after a long drought and his was only 10 years. A fresh voice would probably be best for the organization. The same way it was when Noll and Cowher retired.
