My man, i aint reading all of that. I wrote that because he talked shyt about black americans while living here, and benefiting off of what we fought for, he said we were weak people.

No need to defend him, which is a huge problem yall have, and is why we have more division then we should have, yall let the c00ns say shyt without reprimanding them. Just leave it alone, it's not about you
Fine.

Damn that girl strong
I really think the food is fukked up in America. You go to Africa or the West Indies and people are (generally) naturally lean and strong. There's no Hote Cheetos in Jamaica.

The average person in the hood eats a trash ass diet.

Nah, i think its partly that, but its mostly the heat, that shyt burns calories just by your body sweating to cool off

And in Jamaica diabetes is high, you can't look at weight to see who is healthy and who isn't

Diabetes in Jamaica —
  • Approximately 10,000 of children under age 15 are said to be suffering from diabetes.
  • More than 220,000 Jamaicans between 15 and 74 years old have diabetes. This translates to 13.6% of the population.
  • The ministry data shows that, up to 2009, there were 92,860 men and 132,469 women, aged 25 years and over, who had diabetes.
  • Diabetes is the second leading cause of death for Jamaicans under 70 years old. It ranks as the leading cause of death for women in this age group and third for men.

I've been to hundreds of dances all in the UK, Canada Jamaica and the US and I never seen anything like this happen in real life. Back in the day I used to sell VHS tapes and cassettes and again never saw anything like this, Again in Jamaica I was told this is "real" but I never heard anyone confirm that they went to a dance and this happened.

I even went to dances where the Ravers Clavers (the ones who allegedly popularized these) and at those dances they just danced normally.
all that rayyyyyyyyy shyte don't happen at every party

but it's enough that they got about a zillion volumes of passa.passa out the shyte

Diabetes is a huge problem in Jamaica. Look at the Jamaican breakfast Its all carbs. Think that was Ok during slavery times where you used that energy all day. But being sedentary that shyt catches up to you in your 50's. But yeah that heat an no A/C unless your rich probably keeps the fat off.

Them soca/dancehall/afrobeats clubs something else:wow:

nikkas just standing round at a hip hop club:wow:

You can still "whine pon a gyal" inna a dance but really nikkas be standing around at a Dancehall party too. Basically people stand around a circle by the speakers and chicks and attention whores get in the circle and start a dance and everybody watches with the occasional "forward" when a decent song is played.

Other than that you might see some nikkas do some coordinated dance like they're in a musical or something.
