She probably has a Jamaican parent....she was definitely raised in Jamaica though.
You got Jamaicans named Chang and it's Nunes that is unbelievable to you.
Chang isn't comparable to Nunes. There was a minority of Asian people who lived in Jamaica at a time. However Nunes is a Latin American name, like Rodriguez, and there is no accounting for why a Jamaican would have such a name (thus why Jamaicans never have them). So like I said she's probably not really Jamaican. Half Jamaican =/= Jamaican.
