Hell, Kobe probably is still the last player to score 60+.

That second half point total is still more than anyone else has scored all year.

And it really wasn't his best scoring performance of the season. Kobe could've easily had two 80+ point games in one season. Think about that.

My man outscored an entire team. And not just any team. That team represented the West in the Finals

Definitely feels like it was 8 years ago. Crazy how time flies. I was in 11th grade and the next morning before 1st period started we put on Sportscenter to watch the highlights... everyone including our teacher went nuts.

In all honesty, this performance is completely under appreciated by most.

People make a big deal about such and such player scoring 50 points, and it's the highlight of the week.

But we're not talking 50-55 points, not 60 points, not even 70 points.....but 81 points!!!
