I work for an investment banking firm that has an office in Tokyo...

When I visited, all the analysts and an MD were in the office till 9pm, we all got up and we went to dinner together...When done I asked basically what spot we hitting up next and got told they all have to get back to the office to prepare for US markets which opened up 11pm local...

I am assuming they all left the office again before 1am because that when the trains shutdown in Tokyo...

and that workin till midnight type shyt is common im going to assume? damn that could not be me

I use to think differently.. but truthfully this is fine. japanese society will eventually reconfigure itself. Hell they might end up not working such insane hours in the future. Japan could do with less people. And no their not gonna ease up on immigration.

To all those who say the world is overpopulated then you support the cac European theory that Africans should have fewer children. When Africa fully develops the continent will see a massive population boom. Its a young continent where the average age is 22 I think. So with development, you have longer life spans and a drop in infant mortality and drop of deaths from curable diseases. Add this with the declining European population you know why they are scared. They do not want African to develop because the continent will 5-8 billion easy by 2050. That means alot of men in fighting age. This what the euro cacs fear. But their worst nightmares will be a reality.

when the west talks that overpopulation shyt... they really mean over-consumption of resources. Which really clues anyone into the game the west is really playing.
