You've never seen a Jason Kidd highlight reel breh? :usure:
His passes werent as spectacular or flashy as JWill’s.

That’s not saying that Kidd wasn’t the better player. Jason Williams was the worst defender in the league in them years and it’s not even close. That’s what really got him shipped out Sacramento. Plus his jumper was becoming really streaky

Why Kyrie Irving is my favorite player.

At the end of the days, sports is entertainment. Sure, you have to know when to dial it back, but 82 games is a long ass time to watch safe, efficient play. I rather watch a player take risks - within reason - than max out in terms of efficiency, because he doing everything in a textbook fashion.

Granted Jason probably pushed the showmanship to the extreme, but his hype proved that, at the end of the day, people just want to be entertained. Dude's numbers were never great, but he was a solid PG, an an all-time great entertainer.

Chill lol. He was a great passer and flamboyant but a lot of this is because of him being white. There were guys who were just as great of passers or better during that same era.

Nah you chill, the white boy was dead nice

When he crossed up and clapped quick on Payton that shyt had Payton shell shocked.. He ain’t try to play up close on Williams ever again

Jason Kidd, Andre Miller, Baron Davis were better passers than Jason was. And two of those guys were just as flashy and all three were clearly better players. :mjpls:

I'm not taking anything away from him though, I'm just saying J. Will fans seem to forget they play 82 games a year and not just three games worth of highlights.

Kidd yes. Baron is arguable. Andre Miller, nah. And Nash wasn't either.

That's my former Gator point guard :albert:

I remember when he was on the Heat, one of the dudes writing for the newspaper in Gainesville went to interview him about the Heat winning the championship in 2006. He asked J-Will what his favorite memory of being a Gator was. Dude said, "getting kicked out of school and becoming a millionaire" :russ:

He was still balling in one of the Orlando pro-am leagues a couple of years ago. Still was crossing dudes up and putting on a show at almost 40
