JAY/DAME THREAD

I'm really interested in the whole Dame Dash / JAY -Z fall out. I watched some movie (with Kevin Hart) The Dynasty or something but that wasn't really any help. Any links ?

And can we make this a general JAY/Dame thread

Familiarity breeds contempt... at the start they needed each other to get on.

They both have huge egos and both believed they could succeed without the other.

Lyor realised that Jay reached a level where he could cut Dame out (cos he was an a$$hole, but also because Jay and Lyor could cake more without him at this point).... so they phased him out on the basis that Jay would get presidency and his own situation.

Dame made his own bed by being arrogant, flagrant and disrespectful, but equally, Jay went into business for himself.

The Cam situation didn't help.
