I don't care anymore. If it comes out I'll download it. If not, there's so much dope shyt coming out this year why should I give a shyt about someone who clearly doesn't want to be a music artist

I used to complain about this dude but if he can't be bothered to put out out music,then I can't be bothered to pay for it if ever does put it out.
If the album is really done and not being put out it'll eventually leak by some random roc-nation employee/jay-z's driver.

I still remember Christmas 09 when this shyt was supposed to drop. Then the "oh no worries, just waiting on Nas' verse then we'll release it" period. Then there was no news until he signed with Roc Nation and we all thought "sweet, now he has to put out a mixtape to satisfy Jay Z." Nope lol
Remember when Exhibit C was blowing up, even on fukking radio? Remember when Jay was jumping on crowds spitting lyrics that everyone could recite back? Remember when he had all of NY behind him? Remember when he had London on lock? THAT was when he needed to release something. A mixtape, and album, something to capitalize on that buzz.
I said I wouldn't make long posts about Jay Elec anymore but god damn, this nikka make me emotional (no ocean). Some dudes never get a shot in this game; think about all the dope nikkas who had the talent, had the drive, had the songs...but didn't get that shot, and were stuck on the bench. Jay got one of the biggest shots imaginable and didn't take it. I realize he used to be homeless and is enjoying his new life, but there's no excuse for this shyt. He can't mooch off a record deal forever

All things considered, this is pretty pathetic.
It's Sept and there's no single for this, so its safe to say Act II isnt coming out this year. We're coming up on 2 years since Jay E got signed and he still hasnt released a full project. Not even a mixtape. There's a problem if Andre 3K is releasing more music than you.
What's bad is that even if the album isnt some masterpiece, he'll be able to go on tour and eat cus dude does have a cult following. But judging by this laziness, his fans might have to wait another 4 years before they get new music from him.
Unlike J.Cole, we dont even expect this guy to move units. All he needs to do is put out dope music.. and he cant even do that
