Poor example. Technically the civil rights of gays and illegal aliens are behind that of blacks. Since 1964, blacks, at least on the books, have had the same rights as whites. Not saying it always plays out that way in real life, but that's how it is on the books. For gays, there are/were laws saying YOU SPECIFICALLY, can't get married, join the military, etc.

Let me ask you this...if you were in Obamas position, what would you do to help blacks specifically?
