I saw Jay Elect with his homeboy in Williamsburg on Bedford Ave when I was walking my homegirl to her yoga class last year. I was about to ask him about Act II when I saw him, but I didn't feel like bothering him like that.
Honestly, as big of a Jay Electronica fan as I am, I know deep down that album will probably never come out.

Jay is an elite MC. But I dunno what happened. Jay didn't put the record out. Not like he didn't record an album, just wasn't any "singles" for Cam-L to put out.
