Everyone keeps making excuses why no material is on the streets. Nobody gives a shyt about that remix We Made it. Let me tell you how easy it would be easy to light things up. Let this be a lesson, if you have a lazy team and you are an artist? Fire them or lose their number.

1)Find the Act I masters
2)Commission an artist to make the artwork for the Deluxe Edition. You know who would be perfect? The main illustrator behind the Tool albums "Alex Grey" Make it panoramic, give it depth, dimension, vision and give the fans something they NEVER thought they could imagine.
3) Release the Goldwatch documentary dvd w/ Act I e.p.
4) Set up Crazy bundles w/ trips to Nepal, India,Egypt w/ Jay Electronica etc
5)One Golden Ticket Secret Ultimate Prize in complete run.
6) Limit the Deluxe Edition to 5000 copies
7) Itunes indefinitely
Look, it isn't that fukking hard. You don't even need Jay to do it, except maybe the trips.

If you repackaged Act I w/ Exhibits & a few other select tracks, you could buy a whole year for Act II. Soo really why is Jay's team sitting around? That's where you understand how some people are at planning, strategy. I bet you Roc Nation would love that plan for Act I reissue. You know why? Because they want to reintroduce Jay Electronica to the world, Act I should be in retail.

blame the team because he has the WOAT work ethic ?

dude is just not that nice, it's not difficult to drop quality when you release 1 or 2 verses a year

Jay's work ethic and personality is the issue, it has nothing to do with his team. Jay has the album and likes it apparently, he just wants a single. I don't even believe he wants some club song, he's smart enough to know that's not Elec's style. He probably wants some Exhibit C type track to release.

Forget him. There's too much dope hip hop out NOW to worry about this bum ass nikka who will never release anything because he's afraid.

I honestly think ACT II either is still on Jay's laptop and he's afraid to release it cause he's worried people will think it sucks...
or...most likely it's been going through a bunch of legal red tape with sample clearances and whatnot.

In a perfect world...that shyt would of came out with just Dilla and Madlib production like Attack of the Clones...but it's obvious Jay Electronica personally is not invested in his role as a musician other than the perks and privliges that comes with it...and then he'll make a track every year.

I think we either need to accept the fact as hip-hop fans that Act II may never come out. And if it does, probably will be dated in some way shape, or form, to the point where we'll question if it was even worth the wait.

I feel like the missing piece is probably something mundane like Jay struggling w/ alcoholicism. I noticed at all of these events Jay sipping a cup likely to calm his nerves. I think when someone presses him for work and follow through, then the alcohol makes the appearance again.

I think you will see that same cup at the Festival appearance. God knows ,why everybody thinks they can keep the stalling going before someone starts to question that Jay is fighting to control it. Then there are the drunk social media outbursts, I really just don't think you can keep that under control epecially in the nightlife of hip hop.

The other crucial mistake I think is raising Jay to a god status so quickly. I think it didn't benefit him & I don't think he really wants that pressure of living up to being a "HIP HOP GOD" He seems to revert back in the shadows as soon as the praise hits maximum levels.
