Jay-Z gotta release another God-body/Pro-Black/Anti-Religion centered album, with a MONSTER Jay E feature or two (possibly on a single), before Jay E can sell. The perfect timing would've been RIGHT after MCHG. I emphasize sales, only because if Jay-Z DIDN'T care about the reception (Jay E embodies the type of artist Jigga always wanted to be, and his music resonates within his feelings toward the culture), then the album would've BEEN released. So to get SOME kind of traction and sales, we'll probably either see what I just said...or nothing at all from Jay E.
