From a comedy standpoint he's complete gah'bage outside of impersonating voices...which he's pretty good at...but everything else that has anything to do with making things funny, he's completely lacking...I think someone should give him and Affion Crockett a show together, so that they can make the single unfunniest tv show of all time...Crockett's show on fox was already terrible, but add jay pharoah and we're talking the possibility of transcendent wackness

I thought it was decent. SNL parodies have that goofy over the top humor for the most part. Sonically, his rap wasn't that bad either.

Comedy wise, I don't know how good he will be in the long run. He might end up like Aries Spears I could see him in a sitcom though.

100% on point.

He's a fantastic impressionist. He can't do a god thing else on the show though. I'm not sure he even has a single original character in 2 years on SNL.

Jay Pharoah is unfortunately the black comedian du jour that's completely whack and he's just going to be ran into the ground before the next one comes up
