espn doesn't really exploit them any more than they 'exploit' professional athletes. They pay the controlling organizations to broadcast the games..ain't their fault the ncaa won't pay the employees (adequately). It's not like they try to silence their employees (like Bilas) who speak up against it on some complicit conspirator shyt.
