Depends on which Charity and in the United States it is used as a tax write off for the wealthy many times so they can hoard more of their wealth. Investing in improving the economic conditions of black people is the only direct driver of changing the black community.
200 million can send many people to college and trade school or invest in a multitude of black owned businesses WITH GOOD PRODUCTS.
But this ain't all on Jay Z like I said. It's a personal responsibility we all have but the problem is staying on code
