Hanna-Barbera didn't clear the sample of George Jetson's voice for the album, but Marley and Shan didn't get sued.

I cant call it man. I mean, if you take a look at 3ft High and Rising...

I do not know how that album could have possibly been made. lol They sampled any and everybody including Steely Dan. I do know that you cant get 3FT High digitally at all due to the non clearances. But if the cd is out there for sale somewhere you can get that... I just dont know how it all works

I do know that when Biz got sued in 91 that was the basic end to the sample without clearance thing took effect
