there's a lot of job opportunities that come with these casinos. a casino in time square would bring in so many customers and the earning potential just from tips can be six figures for folks.

do people actually care about this or because jay's name is attached they feel like it's a bad idea? this was only blocked because of broadway which is mainly old white culture. a casino would be a way better alternative and will help create jobs that can pay well if you include tips.

Not feeling any reasoning revolving around protecting people with gambling addictions. Sorry not sorry. Never been a fan of withholding things from responsible people looking to have a good time because a minority of people can’t control themselves. Using that line of thinking no alcohol should be served anywhere.

Honestly a casino in times square makes more sense than one in queens. And only rich people and commercial businesses are in the area, and it is already a dirty, soulless, congested area. Nothing was lost or gained
