Tidal Kept Charging The Credit Cards Of Many Users Who Closed Their Accounts — See The Streaming Service's Apology HERE!

Oops!

Recently, Tidal made a BIG mistake when they accidentally charged a whole slew of former users' credit cards without their permission!

Somehow, former customers of the streaming service started to see charges pop up on their cards for $19.99 — which just happens to be the same price as the company's hi-fi subscription every month.

Thankfully, Jay Z's company quickly made up for the mistake and sent an e-mail to people it mistakenly charged, saying: control?

Jay learned the hard way that while being a famous rapper may have helped him sell liquor and clothes to a predominantly urban customer base, selling a streaming service that needs mainstream appeal to succeed is a completely different battle. Especially when two of your biggest competitors are Apple and Google. His ego fooled him into thinking that he led a group of famous musicians, people would switch off the strength of that. :pachaha:
