Don’t Be Like He-Man
If you look at the Magna Carter commercials that infested youtube you'd see the amount of budget Jay put on the marketing campaign, and that deal with Samsung.
So much effort was put into advertising.
You listen to what Jay was saying on the web commercials, he was trying to sound so enthusiastic and philosophical.
Then the album came out and straight up sucked!!!!
Horrible!
Now look at Picasso baby the video, look how he talks in the beginning?
Oh small space there's more feeling bla bla bla, very creative and well done "rap" video, even pioneering in fact.
But the song just straight sucksssssss...
JayZ has now completely turned into a marketer, a big time corporate man.
He's no longer a hip hop artist
I'm just saying, it is what it is
And as far was Jay goes, it's no lyrical or mic effort, it's all about budgeting, exec meetings and advertising.
Now grow up and stop being stans of a business person!

“Now you got the same 12 records on radio being played over and over again. Lil Wayne, Jay Z ain’t hot, it’s just they’re programmed so many times people are brainwashed.”
DMC explained: “What made us, KRS, Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul great was that we wanted to change the world, taking responsibility for our actions.
