Looking at that artist line-up, I always feel some kind of way seeing these "jazz" festivals featuring all these non-jazz artists. :beli:

Most Jazz festivals don't usually have "traditional" Jazz artists and musicians as apart of their show but the artists are still related to Jazz music etc.

Yea i've seen the Anti Jazz in the Gardens groups and news articles posted on the village about this event before.

Listen if these people don't wanna have this event because its not a traditional jazz event then start your own community event and invite traditional jazz artists to perform like Pat Metheny and shyt.

I'm pretty sure there isn't anyone who doesn't want the event to take place.
You don't have a problem with the thing being deliberately mis-labeled? :usure:

Well shyt get in line cuz there is a whole bunch of other Jazz festivals that are mislabeled putting on acts that aren't traditional jazz artists.

It is what it is. Like I said for the Jazz purists who don't want the art form of Jazz to be misinterpreted then start your own Jazz festival with the artists you want to see.
