Both instrumentals are great, but the mix is always a clear factor for me, that is what people here, and for a showcase, (created with songs in mind) the better the quality of sound, the more often times an artist, or film will pick it. For that reason my vote is to @DBR

@JBone4eva the instrumental itself is good, it vibes, but the drums don't feel like they fit and the track isn't as clear, mainly because the drums don't punch through the mix. One thing that can help that is to turn down the sample 5 percent, that will naturally push the drums up over the mix. At that point it comes down to EQ and compression.

Wow, love that Jason beat, would be a perfect AZ or Rick Ross beat. It's beautiful.

DBR beat is actually dope but I'm biased by the beat style. We should just have trap beats against trap and boom bap against boom bap or I'm usually always going boom bap.
