if u said it stand on it. real nvggas know that eminem aint in no top 10 of all time. people like to act political until shvt gets real. like the dude shows up to ferguson for a photo op and then drops an album shortly after under the guise of a political statement just to boost sells and people fall for the shvt. Then when its time to promote u back to tap dancin so the white consumers support u. shvt is pathetic really.

  1. lets talk about the iggy azaelea & azaelea banks issue. people mad at iggy cuz she speaks with an aussie accent but raps like nunu frm atl. but i was bugged out when i saw azaelea banks interview on hot 97 & she was talkin like she's domincan ,when shes black. she doesnt rap with a dominican accent so isnt that the same thing but even worse? and then when u look deeper azaelea banks music is trash, while on the other hand iggys music is decent. "work" & "fancy" are good pop rap songs. not to mention that azalea banks music is always comin on mtv jams so i see way more of her and her shvt is just bad. Imo Iggy azaela is better than nikki minaj fake ass too. if iggy wins the grammy she deserved to win it. I wont be mad. Now if em wins, thats bullshvt cuz hes trash. but when u put it on paper iggys album is on the same level as the schoolboy q & gambino. it aint white people fault that black people are making the same song over and over and not even supportin the music anymore.

He was basically calling out threads like this. Your dumb ass is clowning Cole while Iggy is going plat. No one is talking hiphop. Look at all the threads in the booth it's all people talking shyt about whatever artist but barely any about hiphop as a culture and pushing the sound in our direction. Meanwhile Macklimore and Iggy going plat and confusing the world on what hiphop really is.. white people are a guests in this culture but stupid ass threads like this got us going back and forth while them same white folks in the booth and theit fans buying they music.

White people = Capitlism , but not iggie , macklmore, JT etc, all the whites he listed . :why:

Grammys = Capitlism :ld:
I like how you didnt bold the em line . :sas2:

Because that's irrelevant, he could have named any other 3 artists that got famous from black music, Macklemore just being the most recent and topical.....I don't know how else to explain it, I find his verse and interview to be just fine and are both in line with each other. Maybe someone else here can help you make that connection. Capitalism is what led to the thievery of hip hop, but that's the world we live in, black people come up with a new form of music, it becomes popular, people figure they can make a lot of money from it, and so it becomes tainted in some way. Happens with everything. The reason he says that white people can be a part of the music is because at the end of the day, its just an art form, another way for people to express themselves. What are you gonna do, tell someone no you cant write rhymes to tell your story, not you, you're white?

Yeah.... you can comment on a sociological change without personally attacking individuals involved in taking advantage of that change...

Like if I said, for examples, "yachts are getting bigger now, it's more about showing off than about sailing..." I'm not necessarily saying that people buying big yachts should stop and all become enthusiastic sailors.. it's just my commentary on the direction that the whole scene is going.

Heed Breed.
Everybody go look at the original thread when the verse dropped.

Everbody came to the same conclusion on what the verse ment . Why? because the verse says what it says .

Now fast forward to the interview, now everybody swears they understood from the jump.

From that verse you don't get , "I worshiped em , its not mack, iggy fault , etc "

And as a " communication major" he knew damn well what he was doing . without that verse & the mike brown song ( thats not on the albulm ) this album would off flopped.

:yeshrug:

But at the end of the day I cosign what he says in the interview . But i never cosigned the verse .
