That article is nearly 2 years old and the exact opposite of whats going on in my city. And Amazon just started doing its thing in NYC in 2019, not early 2018. When I do referrals its mostly for Whole Foods shoppers and not even the warehouses because the warehouse slots are all taken. So that article doesnt apply to NYC, I can say that much.

Imagine if he took a classroom for of kids and just had them shadow him for a week. And did this every year and the opportunity for a paid internship afterwards in high school.
