JEFF MAYWEATHER SOUNDS OFF ON CONOR MCGREGOR: "THEY START WOOFING FLOYD'S NAME...YOU GET THAT HUMBLE PIE"

"Yeah, I lost $100 on Conor McGregor. To be honest, I wasn't going to bet on the fight at all because I know Nate Diaz. I didn't really plan to bet, but what ended up happening was the guy Kevin [Lee], who I ended up having to pay, his little brother was behind him like, 'No, no, no! Conor McGregor going to get him.' I didn't take no heave to that. Me and Kevin always bet, so I just gave him a chance to try and get his money back. This was one of those situations where I was happy to pay because I wanted Nate to win," stated world-class trainer Jeff Mayweather, who shared his thoughts on Conor McGregor's upset loss to Nate Diaz. Check out what else he had to say!
JEFF MAYWEATHER AND NATE DIAZ CHOKING OUT CONOR MCGREGOR AND MCGREGOR CALLING OUT FLOYD MAYWEATHER:
Even when I was watching it, I wasn't watching it hoping I win my $100. I was hoping that Nate won and he did. It gets annoying that every time somebody opens their mouth, they are talking about McGregor will do this and McGregor will do that. First of all, McGregor done already been choked out twice prior to Nate doing it. I don't understand that. So now a guy that's been choked out twice thinks that he is bigger than God. That's the dumbest thing he said. How can you say something so stupid? He said even if Nate brings Jesus in the ring with him, he still ain't going to win. Well obviously he must've and he sure as hell found out because he got choked out and it didn't take long.
MMA fans are nuts. They sit back and try to hang their hat on any guy that has a buzz, and they try to connect that to my nephew to make that fighter's buzz bigger. If you're talking about a boxer fighting an MMA fighter in MMA, yes, most of the time they are going to lose because they got too many different things to learn and worry about. But a boxer can still beat an MMA fighter and that's already been proven with Holly Holm. But if a pure boxer, who has no MMA experience, gets taken down, he's going to lose because he don't know what the hell to do. But, standing up, a MMA guy don't have a chance against a boxer. It's two different sports and to even talk about both of them in the same light is stupid anyway.
I can understand you trying to build the UFC up by having your guys say this and say that, but that's the end of that shyt now. Y'all two so-called stars that was supposed to beat Floyd, one got her ass knocked out and the other got choked out. It's asinine anyways because nobody has accomplished anything close to Floyd, especially in MMA, so to even compare the two is just stupid. It's just stupidity. You talking about a guy that's, what, 15-2? Well now 15-3 or 17-3 or whatever he is, and he is supposed to be a beast? He's supposed to be the next big thing? Not really, and it didn't take long for everybody to find that out.
As soon as they start woofing Floyd's name, their careers just dissipate. Look at Ronda Rousey. "I'll do this to Floyd. I'll do that to Floyd." Okay, you got in there with Holly Holm and Holly Holm beat the shyt out of you. Conor McGregor, same thing! "Floyd Mayweather, I'll do this and that!" Shut the fukk up; got your ass choked the fukk out in 2 rounds. Ronda got knocked the fukk out in 2 rounds. Get the fukk out of here with that shyt. The thing is this, Floyd couldn't even fight a Nate Diaz in boxing. Floyd couldn't even fight a guy that's 18-10. He couldn't even fight a guy with a record like that.
And I don't care about the weight shyt because Floyd started at 130 pounds and he gave up just as much weight as Conor McGregor did in that one fight. Floyd went from 130 to 154 pounds; that's 24 pounds. Conor McGregor did basically the exact same thing. He went up 25 pounds from 145 to 170, so it's foolish to say Floyd should have gone up to 175. He don't need to go up to 175. For what? He beat every motherfukker that was put in front of him at whatever weight they were at. And to say he's never fought a guy that was 170, I don't think people remember what the hell Maidana weighed when they fought come fight night.
So when you talk about boxing and you talk about MMA, they have those crazed fans that want MMA to be put over the top so bad. That's why they sound so stupid when they say, "Well, boxing is dying." Boxing ain't fukking dying. How is boxing dying and it's been around forever? The fukking UFC not even catching up to boxing and they are constantly losing their stars because it's a sport in which you can't lose or you go to the back of the line. Holly Holm, who just had the biggest win of her life and now she gets choked out. And then you have Conor McGregor, who I mean, he was, oh my God, so disrespectful to Nate Diaz in the press conference. That's how it works sometimes. You get that humble pie.
