You are right. Most likeliest scenario is nothing happens to him.

The House and Senate would have to pass a veto proof majority bill to bypass his veto and even then, I can see the DOJ not complying with the bill to release the files.

I mean, even if the files are released and are incredibly incriminating for Trump, it still doesn't change that nothing will happen to him.
