I would argue that it is. It is set up like an old school sitcom where each episode brings up a moral or a topic of discussion. I would guess that's where the c00ning comes in. Anything where black people aren't acting monolithic is considered c00ning on this site. Watch it and make your own decision. I binged it on Netflix and liked it. It's a funny show.
