For the love of God , this team is NOT talented and has NO DEPTH! . We have talent at SKILL POSITIONS ONLY. QB, WR, TE, CB. But games are won IN THE TRENCHES. Jerry plays Fantasy Football with Dallas thinking if you have Jerry Rice and T.O. on one team = championship.

i've said it plenty of times before: you can have Joe Montana in his prime as QB with Jerry Rice and Randy Moss in their prime split at the X and Y and T.O. in his prime in the slot, and Kellen Winslow (the original) as TE, and it doesn't mean JACK shyt if your offensive line can't protect the QB.

You can have 4 Darrelle Revis' in the secondary and if your front 7 can't generate pressure, it doesn't mean JACK shyt.

The Cowboys have, and have always had severe depth issues at offensive and defensive lines. we are the only team in which someone goes down we say "season is over."

Denver is missing arguably the best left tackle in the game, and they haven't missed a step. Why? because they understand the importance of the trenches and draft based on that.

Dallas on the other hand would rather pick up TE's in the second round, sell the fans with some bullshyt "2 TE sets" nonsense, and keep them on the bench only to ultimately have them be a free agent several years later (see Martellus Bennett).

This common misconception of the Cowboys being talented really needs to stop unless people are going to be specific about the skill positions which doesn't mean shyt if it aint in the trenches

Dez has all the tools to go toe to toe with Calvin, it's the coaches responsibility to find ways to get Dez more opportunities and it's Romos responsibility to get him more targets. It's also like the running game, Murray had 11 carries for 80 yards and a TD in the first half a couple of games ago, then he had 2 carries in the second half... If you set up the running game it'll open up the passing game because you force the defense to play honest.

See what I mean about getting Dez targets? 16 targets today and was shifting all around from the right to the left and playing in the slot. They still didnt run the ball for shyt and almost blew that game but they squeaked it out.
