Been the most ripped athlete, plus he was a white dude so you know cats would argue double standards on him getting passes from media members that other black athletes wouldnt.

He averaged over 30 points in the finals for his career. Wasn't his fault his teams were losing. Those Celtic teams had all-stars at every position.

I think West could still succeed today but his athletic ability and shooting range was no where near today's star players. It was a different game back than, you can't really compare. At the same time if you can play, you can play. West would still probably put up close to 20 a game and he was a very smart player and solid playmaker.
