Different era’s Jerry would get blocked by many point guards.

Sidenote: JJ redikk actually has one of the quickest releases in the league at 0.82 seconds.

That's the thing though, you kinda can't compare different eras due to the evolution of the game

Of course a lot of pre-80s or 90s players would look primitive today, but they were still in important in the development of basketball

I can agree with JJ release ok a Jeff Teague his shyt is horrendously slow as well as Lowry Lonzo Ginolbli Chris Paul should I keep going

Great shooters are a dime a dozen in today's NBA.

Buddy Heild was one of the best shooters in NCAA history, is 2" taller than West, 40lbs heavier, and much more athletic. How far does that take him in the NBA?

West was such a baller that I really think he could have made it in today's NBA, but only as a backup guard playing limited minutes for someone. Maybe. 6'2" 175lb shooters with a slow trigger and without elite athleticism are only going to go so far.
