I know undergoing chemo is one. My uncle couldn't when he was doing his treatments because the chemo tore his immune system up. My coworker's husband heart is pretty much shot, and while he isn't prohibited from taking it, his doctor told him that he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't get vaxxed.
