Evidence is circumstanial. He could've bought the CC or found it. Any halfway decent defense attorney can argue that his possession of her CC did not coincide with her death. He hasn't even been charged.
Tellis was not charged in Hsiao's murder but was arrested in November while he was living with his wife in Monroe, La., after it was discovered he was using credit cards belonging to the murdered exchange student and for marijuanapossession.
Furthermore what do his previous charges, not convictions by the way, have to do with anything? You do realize u can be picked up by the boys, charged with some bullshyt, get a dismissal and the charges are still on your record? read about the police in dothan, alabama. They insitituted this exact method to sully the police records of law abiding black men as a method of social control. These crackers are trying to railroad this young man. It's clear as day.
