ALC is one of my favourite producers, like top 5 shyt but he’s the biggest hoe in this.

Like I said in the discussion thread, ALC has been on record saying he owes a debt to Curren$y for introducing him to a scene he didn’t know existed, which he’s been able to tap into heavily and eat independently in a big way. Got 4 projects with Curren$y, all those projects he’s worked on with Griselda….he should’ve told Gibbs to chill. What I hate about him is that he’s one of the most legendary producers that’s still really active in the game but he acts like he’s got no agency on what the rappers put on the track, like they’re straight hoeing him in the studio lool
I mean honestly Alc is a producer what can he really do? nikka ain't no G or nothing. He literally has a relationship with everybody.

Freddie could have called Curren$y and explained how he felt but he had to go to Twitter…

Dude stays having estrogen.

U have folks wanting Curren$y to respond back to this dude.

I’d ignore Freddie and keep flying my Jets.

He needs to go see those cats that lumped him up in NYC.

Al did Ras dirty too. I don't see why cats are faulting Gibbs for some shyt you are supposed to do with an album, especially with the personnel involved. What Curren$y did is disrespectful to cats, especially if they pride themselves on their work. Curren$y might think its cool to have a catalog full of dope AND full of MID albums thus presenting the move on to the next mentality, but not everyone thinks that way. Sometimes that too cool for school bullshyt/mentality can be:russell: at times.
Maybe don't work wit a nikka who ain't out there for the clout then? Spitta literally went the OPPOSITE direction of mainstream when he had the full on chance. U wanna blow up a relationship over a glorified mixtape fine. That shyt ain't even have a budget they did that shyt on a whim is Spitta was finished with his part of it first. He promo the shyt all the way up until release. Gibbs didn't really promo the shyt before release like that himself. He had to be pressured to even complete his part of the damn project yet I'm supposed to believe he's mad about this shyt 7 years later? fukk Gibbs. Lol

Currensy is in his mid 40s and people talk about him like he’s a make a wish kid. That’s peculiar to me

Curren$y gets his paper and stays outta the way…

Plus his music is mad relatable.

You ain’t never heard him in any rap beef or entertaining it.

Freddie Gibbs is a good artist but damn mayne, get off the pads. You’re still
mad over a album that came out in 2018.

Curren$y has released plenty of joints since then.

Freddie should be happy that he got to still do a whole project with Alchemist.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Alc cut ties with Freddie too.

Dude disses everyone that he comes in contact with.

He needs to get off the pads, like
seriously

Being fair, even when he had Mikey Rocks, nobody on that label was doing shyt once the backpacker internet rapper bubble popped. Which is why nobody did when it did
I'd say Smoke Dza has done pretty well for himself

Because he makes good music. Far better music than the microwave trash Spitta releases every three weeks.

that's the thing though, they don't. his music doesn't move the public... THIS type of nonsense is his legacy beyond his immediate fan base
