Harbaugh deserves the blame.
While they are all grown men, when you let so much stuff slide, it becomes an example.
The idea gets out there that there's nothing wrong with fukking up, Harbaugh will minimialize the significance of it to the media, Baalke will slap you on the wrist, and you`ll be on the field without any discipline.
Just look how they let Aldon play the indy game before having him go to rehab.

You know me, I would have traded the fukkup a while ago. I said it numerous times.
You can't change the person, but you can no longer have them represent your organization.
But this organization doesn't hold anyone accountable, you can do whatever the fukk you want in SF.

The getting stabbed was supposedly the assault weapon charges.
The one thing that I didn't mention is the fact that he somehow wrecked a car into a tree, but nothing was ever found out about that.
Which is pretty clear, having a brother who did the same thing, he was most likely shyt faced ran the car into the tree and left the scene, but you can't really charge someone for that.
All those things I mentioned weren't all Aldon Smith things, just the majority. Don't forget we also let Chris Culliver and Ahmad Brooks do whatever the fukk they want to.
