Jim Jones goes off after a kid on Instagram compared him to Nas, and says: pull up Nas’ Billboard entries, then pull up mine you heard

the thing jim misses every single time he tries to make this “I’m still relevant now” argument… everyone from his era (or before it) ain’t as invested/interested/desperate to appeal to these YNs as he is. some people are able to make peace with growing old. some people find other income streams and don’t need to cater to that demo.

he’s talking about one very narrow view regarding relevancy… but for all that chatter when was the last time it translated to record sales for Jim Billboard Jones?

lol.. then got the nerve to hop on IG and defend that shyt. like being a clout chaser is some new age, ground-breaking marketing strategy.

I wonder what's gonna be Jim's response to everyone pulling out the receipts showing it's not even close. It's weird because he gives Nas props all the time and even in this interview. But then still always shades him in a backhanded way
Numbers lie, shout out to Algerbra :troll:

Gonna help Jimmy out here :lolbron:

Gold albums: Nas 3, Jim 0

Platinum plus albums: Nas 7, Jim 0

Billboard Hot 100 songs as lead artist: Nas 20, Jim 2

Billboard Hot 100 songs as a guest: Nas 12, Jim 0

:picard:

Bonus numbers KDI and KDII would both be Jim's highest charting albums, and produced more Billboard Hot 100 songs than Jim's entire career
Sometimes you got to take a step back & realize some nikkaz are a different weight class. What's this L#1,000,000 for Jim :mjlol: . Mike sonning Hovengers add the Dips to the list:wow::mjlol:

Why Jim talkin’ like he’s 25 years younger than Nas or somethin’??

“Man, I was in 11th grade when live at the bbq came out!”

nikka, you old as hell. Just because you immature, don’t mean you’re Gen Z. U from Nas era too, bozo
shyt, NAS would've been fresh off 12th grade his damn self if he never dropped out :russ:

I don't remember 50, Nas, Big pun, Big L, Camron, krs Run, big Daddy Lane...

I don't remember NONE of them Nyggas saying "you heard" after every sentence growing up.

All I hear is Young NY Nyggas saying it...and "Jackin"...I hate that term as well. Them old Nyggas never said that shyt either...not how it's used now

:russ:
Lol idk when it started probably last 20 years

But Jim abuses that shyt :mjlol:

Jackin is hilarious I know other regions be dead at that shyt :dame:
